Our Spring Snow Goose Hunts are no longer available at this time.Our ranch contains several large bodies of water and many small pot holes. These, and the abundant freashwater shrimp they contain, attract a wide variety of DUCKS during the fall migration including mallards, widgeon, pintails, teal, gadwalls, canvasbacks, redheads and bluebills. When you hunt is finished for the day, take full advantage of our bird cleaning facility, freezer, and full kitchen. Relax in front of the big screen TV in our modern clubhouse while your dog prepares for the tomorrow’s hunt in our indoor/outdoor dog kennels. Please see our pricing page or just call us.AccommodationsYour daily hunting rate includes the use of our field-side clubhouse, indoor/outdoor dog kennels, bird cleaning and freezing facilities. First-class lodging is available only four miles from the Ranch at our Prairie Ridge Lodge. We’d be happy to make reservations at Prairie Ridge Lodge for you, when you book your hunt.What to Bring

  • Non-toxic shotshells #2 shot
  • Shot gun ( IC choke)
  • Valid South Dakota Duck hunting license.
  • Camo clothing-hunting gloves-hunting knife
  • Waders, rain gear and field boots .
  • more duck decoys-ranch will provide 2 doz. decoys
  • Food-beverages (non-alcoholic)-freezer bags
  • Cooler: if bringing you own food/meals
  • 2nd cooler to tranported your hunted birds
  • toiletries-please include body & hair soap
  • first aid kit- one kit is available at the clubhouse
  • Camera- optional
  • Drinking water: portable water tank 5-10 gallons or several store bought gallons.
  • Dogs-dog food-dog dishes
